Week Nine, Day Two

The scale is playing tricks on me this morning. It kept bouncing back and forth between 200.5 and 200. It wouldn't land on the latter.

I'm still feeling pretty good though, because I've been getting compliments at work on how I look better. I've lost close to 20 pounds (actually 19.5 to be exact). I think that I'm shortchanging myself by not admitting that I did have a few weigh ins at 220 before I got serious about the weight loss. So there, just admitted it and will change in in my info on this page. That way I can tell anyone who asks that I'm close to 20 down and am feeling good about it.

  • oatmeal with honey
  • egg whites with cheese
  • oranges
  • crystal light

I had a fruit and yogurt parfait with this instead of the chips, just didn't take a new picture.


Exercise: Not much... I walked around a couple stores after work and that is about it. Well, there was the movement in a few songs and freeze dance as well throughout the day at work.
