Week Eleven, Day Five

I'm starting to feel sick again. :( Either that or I still have the same thing and got fooled by feeling well for a few days. I'm finding it hard to stay completely on track when I am so tired, my throat is sore, and my sinuses are stuffy. To top it off today, I forgot to bring my lunchbox to school, so not only did I not have lunch, but I had no healthy snacks. The art teacher and I went to get some Subway which was a good choice. I also made a bad choice of free donut as my morning snack. Well, here is my food intake....

Breakfast (Good):

I had applesauce instead of oranges, but am too lazy to upload the new picture today.


Snack (Bad):
  • coconut sprinkle donut
Snack (Could have been good if I only had one or two...):
  • some rice crispy treats from the stash I have for student rewards
Lunch:

Recycled picture. I actually ate this at an art table at work, not my sofa.


Snack (Once again, not so good):
  • more rice crispy treats
Dinner (Not good at all, but it was what I was craving):
  • chicken tenders
  • fries
  • ice cream
Exercise: None other than dragging three heavy xylophones from the storage closet into my classroom.
