Week Eleven, Day Three

It is finally the middle of the week. I've had two long days (10 classes), and my teaching schedule is a little less crazy for Thursday (5 classes) and Friday (8 classes). I do love my job, so I'm not complaining. It is just draining on those long days. I've had some Diet Cherry Pepsi, so I got some caffeine giving me energy for now.

Today was school picture day. And as a teacher or staff member, you have to get your picture taken. It is amazing the things you think you are done with after high school that you still have to do. I think it might be fun to post my school pics throughout the years on the blog. For the people that haven't known me all that long, you will see that I was mostly skinny or average. We'll see how long it takes me to find and scan all the school pics I can find.

I've been trying to get myself back on my eating schedule that kept me losing 1/2 a pound a day. My weight starting creeping up when I was sick a little while back. When I am sick with a cold I love to sit around and eat for some reason. My old foods of choice were orange juice, chocolate chip cookies, and maybe some doughnuts. This time I was eating much healthier, but I was just eating too much food. Today and yesterday I allowed myself one treat, but not the usual oatmeal cookies. I went for something with less calories- the caramel apple yogurt parfait from McDonald's. It is pretty tasty and WAY less calories than three oatmeal cookies.

Exercise: I have so far just mopped the kitchen floor. Too many little doxies having accidents and it was a little smelly.
