Week Twelve, Day Seven

I woke up this morning to another one pound loss. I was quite surprise by that. I seem to usually lose 1/2 a pound at a time.

I've reached the four pound mark into my goal of ten.


I spent the morning cleaning the great room and baking my husband a birthday cake. I went to Red Lobster for lunch with my husband and father-in-law. This afternoon I mostly spent trying on and organizing clothes again. I fit into almost everything in my motivation closet, so I decided it was time to empty it out and put some newer, smaller sizes in it.

I kinda slacked on some work I wanted to get done this weekend. I ran out of time to really look through a lot of songs for my spring concerts at school. I went through my K, 1, 2, 3, and 4th grade books and found songs from the countries for our big FAME program. There weren't a lot of them. I still have to listen to them and narrow them down and see if I can find some other songs in my music magazines. Nothing too exciting today, but that is okay. I am busy the next three weekends with homecoming, my niece's 2nd birthday, and a 90th birthday party.

This is my lunch from Red Lobster. I also had a side salad with ranch and a biscuit.

Exercise: I cleaned the great room and tried on/organized clothes.
