Week Fourteen, Day Three and A New Bracelet

Well, this is late getting up, so I will try to recall my actions from Wednesday.

I also got my new poundpuncher bracelet in the mail. I broke the hole for the 2 pounds loss on the other bracelet and decided to get a new one when I reached 195.
