Week Twenty-Three, Day Four

My thoughts for today that have nothing to do with weight loss are in my "Influential Teachers" post. I didn't think that my pants were getting to be that big, but the pants I wore to work for the past two days have beeen uncomfortably big. I got about half an hour on Tuesday to start going through my motivation closet, but I guess I'll need to spend a little more time in there soon.

Dinner: chicken tenders, baked portato, dinner roll

Exercise: a little bit of dishes and laundry
