I've slowly lost a little bit of weight this week, but I probably could have lost more if I could have made myself exercise after work. I think I'll finally make 195 by my weigh-in. I can finally put that doxie car magnet on my car I ordered a long time ago when I first reached 195. I don't ever want to gain weight back like that again! I feel much better, and I've only lost about 4-5 pounds.
My days have been a little out of whack as far as my usual order of eating food, but not too bad.
What I've eaten when I got up in the morning: yogurt or granola bar
Breakfast (been picking it up on the way to work and eating it there):

Dinner: various things from Bronko's (a local restaurant that has a little bit of everything) such as omelets and chicken dinners
Exercise: Not much at all this week. :(
