Clearance Shopping

It is the time of year for major sales and clearances. Last weekend while grocery shopping, I looked at a few stores clearance racks and found a couple of things. Today I had to go to JCPenny to pick something up for a friend and there were tons of clothes on clearance, I only left with three items though. The tough part about losing weight and shopping off the clearance rack is that you either need to buy something that fits and you wear now or buy the size you think you'll be the next time the season rolls around. Here are some pictures of me trying on my new clothes (and yes I will not wear a Beatles t-shirt as an undershirt for all outfits in the future- just what I had on while trying on clothes).

This outfit is from Dollar General for mowing the yard. It is slightly small, but that is okay since I plan on losing more weight again. The jacket is a SMALL and the pants are a MEDIUM. Only $6 for the outfit.

 I spent $58.47 on all the above. If I paid the regular full price, I would have spent $304. I love saving money!
