A Take-It-Easy Tuesday

My legs were so sore from doing the C25K training on Monday that I didn't feel like doing much on Tuesday. I did some cleaning around the house and watched some TV off and on throughout the day to take breaks. All the shows I watched were either on HGTV, DIY network, or TLC. My new episode of the day was What Not to Wear which is one of my favorites. I did manage to dust the whole house, sweep and mop everything except the bathroom and great room, do the dishes, do some laundry, and pick up the hubby's room a bit.

I wanted to do some strength training today, but decided against doing much due to the soreness and how I could barely walk right. I did some of my neck and shoulder stretches, some leg stretches, some sit-ups, and some girl-style push-ups.

The good news is that I managed to make myself wait the two to three hours in between meals and did a good job of fitting in the foods I was supposed to eat for the most part. I was hungry before going to bed, but decided to just go to bed hungry. I have been eating some lower calorie sweets such as a tootsie roll pop to curb the sweets craving. I even got lucky today and got an Indian with a star on my wrapper.

Three egg whites and one banana on top of oatmeal flavored with cinnamon and stevia.
