One Week Challenge Results
I have this many more days until I go back to work and I have to fit in my clothes again. My one week challenge last week really helped me to get back on track. My weigh in this morning was 194.2 and I started the week at 196.4. I tried on the same outfit as I did at the beginning of last week at it looks and feels a little better, but it would be better if I were closer to 190.
As I start a new week, I would like to keep following my eating plan, finish my C25K, and keep on writing about it every day just like last week's challenge. I'll have to rethink things at the end of the week to adapt them to my new schedule with going back to work.
It was raining this morning, so no jog today. I started with my usual breakfast though:
I then went off to work for a few hours and all I got done was part of my bulletin board! And I forgot to take a picture of it too, so you'll have to wait in suspense until I get it done. ;) I ate a couple of snacks and lunch which were the same as they have been last week:
In the afternoon I got some sanding done on the bathroom walls. I know I've written a lot about this recently, but this time it was slightly different. The holes/uneven spots in the wall were filled with joint compound. I went over it with a fine grit sandpaper by hand to make it even and smooth.
My afternoon snack and dinner were:
I ended my evening with Love It or List It and a piece of Greek yogurt pie.
