The New Bathroom

This is also something I've been meaning to write about for a while- our completed bathroom renovation. I started this as a simple cosmetic makeover that would cost a few bucks but a lot of my sweat equity. It kept growing until it was out of my realm and my father-in-law ended up doing a lot of the work along with my husband. They redid plumbing, installed the tub surround, installed a new sink, fixed the fan, redid the cabinet doors to the linen closet, installed a new floor, and the list goes on. I mostly did the prep work on the walls for painting, did some painting, a lot of sanding, removed wallpaper, and did more cosmetic interior design type stuff. This renovation as it stands now I could have never done by myself. My husband and father-in-law deserve a big thank you for doing all that they did to get the bathroom to look so nice.
