Week Four, Day Seven

I'm doing a little happy dance this morning, because I made my first mini goal of 206.5. That means I get to open my first Weird Al C.D. and listen to it.

I really wish the picture would load the right way!

Here are some pictures of the work I've been doing around the house for exercise and because they needed to get done. I'm not done setting up my bedroom, but here is a sneak peek.







Food:

Breakfast:
  • oatmeal with honey
  • egg whites with cheese
  • applesauce
  • water
Snack:
  • carrots with light ranch
  • turkey lunchmeat
  • diet Mt. Dew
Lunch:
  • grilled chicken
  • white rice
  • organic fruit strip
  • diet pepsi
Snack:
  • 2 slices WW swiss cheese
  • organic fruit strip
Dinner:
  • chicken snack wrap
  • diet coke
  • chocolate chip cookie
Exercise: I cleaned/organized the laundry room in the basement (well most of it anyway...).
