Week Four, Day Six

I'm holding steady at 207. I hope I can get 1/2 more pound off before Monday. I'd really like to meet my mini challenge and be able to open up my 1st Weird Al C.D.

Food:

Breakfast:
  • oatmeal with honey
  • egg whites with cheese
  • applesauce
  • crystal light
Snack:
  • turkey lunchmeat
  • carrots with light ranch
  • crystal light
Lunch:
  • chicken snack wrap
  • apple slices
  • diet coke
Dinner:
  • grilled chicken
  • white rice
  • mixed vegetables
  • 90 calorie pack of rice cakes
  • crystal light
Snack:
  • handful of almonds
Exercise: I painted my bedroom and rearranged the furniture in it. I really need to post the pics of this project and my side yard project.
