Week Four, Day Five

Food:

Breakfast:
  • oatmeal with honey
  • egg whites with cheese
  • applesauce
  • crystal light
Lunch:
  • white rice
  • mixed vegetables
  • grilled chicken
  • crystal light

Snack:
  • carrots with light ranch dressing
  • turkey lunchmeat
  • 90 calorie pack of rice cakes
  • crystal light
Dinner:
  • side salad with a little bit of ranch dressing
  • chicken snack wrap
  • crystal light
Snack:
  • 2 slices WW swiss cheese
Exercise: Moving some furniture out of my bedroom and painting the bedroom. I didn't get it all done today- just the moving furniture, filling holes, priming the stain on the ceiling, edging and rolling the ceiling, and edging the top of the room.
