Week Four, Day Four and More Weight Loss
Yay again! I'm down to 207 today. I know not everyday is going to yield such good results, but it is nice since I've been stuck on the same number for a while. I also spent a lot of time sitting around with a grumbly tummy. I finally got to put the lbs. button on my poundpuncher bracelet.
Food:
Breakfast:
- english muffin with egg and cheese
- applesauce
- crystal light
Snack:
- carrots with light ranch
- turkey lunchmeat
- crystal light
Lunch:
- grilled chicken
- baked potato
- salad with low fat Italian
- crystal light
Snack:
- 100 calorie pack of nuts
- organic fruit strip
- diet coke
Dinner:
- grilled chicken
- baked potato
- salad with light ranch
- crystal light
Snack:
- 2 slices of WW swiss cheese
Exercise: I have been doing some organizing and cleaning around the house today.
