Week Four, Day Three and Being Out of the House

Yay, the scale is finally moving back down after my overeating bad foods last week (208.5). I'm sure all the moving of rocks in the heat was more than enough exercise to help out. Today I will be visiting my sister and cute niece as well as looking at possibly another dog. That would be three long haired miniature dachshunds if I do end up getting her. Once they are adults, they pretty much take care of themselves besides feeding and taking them out. Its the puppies that are work. Anyway, I am writing about my plans so everyone can see I will be out of the house for a good part of the day which could lead to not so good food choices. I already planned ahead for this and packed a lunch and snacks. Since it is back to school time, I was able to find some awesome containers with built in ice packs just for occasions like this (and work when the time comes to go back).


Food:


Breakfast:
  • oatmeal with honey
  • egg beaters with cheese
  • applesauce
  • crystal light
Snack:
  • carrots with light ranch dip
  • turkey lunchmeat
  • granola bar
Lunch:
  • grilled chicken
  • potato
  • carrots, tomato, onion
Snack:
  • chocolate chip cookie
Dinner:
  • grilled chicken
  • corn
  • a few pieces of carrots and onions
Exercise: None. I was too busy with my new dog.
