Week Four, Day Two and Non-Scale Victories
Today I'm going out to eat lunch with a friend. I've done pretty well yesterday and want to keep on track this week, so I can see some results (maybe lower than 208?) . I'll try to remember to bring my camera and take a picture of my meal, so everyone can see it. Also, I've been thinking about NSV (non-scale victories) which is another thing I think is great from Weight Watchers. The two I have on my mind are from yesterday. One is I really wanted a chocolate chip cookie yesterday at the end of the day. I think it has become a habit from the past. It also doesn't help that every time I open the fridge, I see Andrew's cookie stash. Anyway, I managed not to eat one. I instead had a 100 calorie pack of nuts and an organic fruit strip. The second one is that I noticed that I have a lot of stretch marks that are filling in and fading away. I might not have lost all that much weight in the past couple of weeks, but I am down quite a few pounds from my heaviest.
