Week Four, Day One

Food:
Breakfast:

Lunch:
  • salad with ranch
  • grilled chicken wrap
  • crystal light
Snack:
  • carrots with light ranch
  • turkey lunchmeat
  • granola bar
  • crystal light
Dinner:
  • salad with light ranch
  • chicken snack wrap
  • sugar free chocolate pudding
  • crystal light
Snack:
  • 100 calorie pack of nuts
  • organic fruit strip
Exercise: I've been working outside in the yard all day trying to finish up my side yard project. It isn't perfect, but it is done. Pics will be coming soon.
