Week Three, Day Seven

I weighed myself again this morning, and thank goodness I'm back to 209 after a good day. Maybe two good days in a row will result in 208 tomorrow. At least I'd break even that way and not have gained anything, but also have not lost anything.

Food:

Breakfast:
  • oatmeal with cocoa and splenda
  • egg beater with cheese
  • applesauce
  • crystal light
Snack:
  • english muffin with egg and cheese
  • diet coke
  • part of a doughnut (I thought it would taste good, but it didn't. I threw the rest out. Yay!)
Lunch:
  • salad with grilled chicken
  • baked potato
Snack:
  • 100 calorie pack of nuts
  • organic fruit strip
Dinner:
  • chicken snack wrap
  • salad
Exercise: I know I will be carrying bricks around again. I'm glad I have enough bricks for my project. I've also done some light cleaning/organizing.
