Week Three, Day Six

Well, I decided to weigh myself and see what all the foods I shouldn't have ate did to me. I gained back all the weight I lost. :(... I'm not going to let that upset me though, because I seem to be back on track with my eating.


Food:

Breakfast:
  • egg beaters with cheese
  • oatmeal with cocoa and splenda
  • applesauce
  • water
Snack:
  • english muffin, egg, cheese
  • diet coke
Lunch:
  • salad with grilled chicken
  • baked potato
  • diet coke
Snack:
  • 100 calorie pack of nuts
  • organic fruit strip
Dinner:
  • grilled chicken sandwich
  • salad
  • diet coke
  • chocolate chip cookie
Exercise: I have walked around some stores and carried quite a few bricks around. I have also done light cleaning/organizing.
