Week Three, Day Five

I'm happy to say that I'm back on track today- starting with a good breakfast helps. I haven't weighed myself since my "bad" days, and I'm a little afraid to do that.

Food:
  • egg beaters with cheese
  • oatmeal with splenda and cocoa
  • applesauce
  • crystal light
Snack:
  • english muffin, egg, cheese
  • diet coke
  • Kashi oatmeal and dark chocolate chip cookie (yummy, full of fiber and natural ingredients!)
Lunch:
  • grilled chicken wrap with lettuce, cheese, and honey mustard
  • diet coke
Dinner:
  • chicken kebabs with green peppers, onions, and tomato
  • corn on the cob
  • diet coke
Snack:
  • couple of 20 calorie Popsicles
  • a handful of cheese crackers
Exercise: I've walked around several stores and carried a bunch of bricks again. I've also done some laundry and light cleaning. I also went for a long walk tonight (and survived the heat!).
