Week Three, Day Four
I'm happy to say I've found a couple of people that I can check in with about eating right and exercising. I think that will help me stay more focused. I have a couple of things left that I shouldn't be eating. I'll eat them today and then get back on track after I eat them for lunch.
Food:
Breakfast:
- english muffin, egg, cheese
- hash brown
- orange juice
Lunch:
Snack:
Dinner:
- grilled chicken sandwich with tomato, lettuce, and cheese
Exercise: All I have done for exercise is walk around several stores and carry heavy things like boxes and bricks a little way.
