Week Five, Day Five

Food:

Breakfast:
  • oatmeal with honey
  • egg whites with cheese
  • applesauce
  • crystal light
Snack:
  • 3 slices WW swiss cheese
  • organic fruit strip
  • crystal light
Lunch:
  • grilled chicken
  • green beans
  • mashed potatoes
  • diet rite
Exercise: I have mowed the yard and done some cleaning/organizing inside.
