Week Five, Day Four

Food:

Breakfast:
  • oatmeal with honey
  • egg whites with cheese
  • applesauce
  • crystal light
Snack:
  • english muffin with eggs and cheese
  • diet coke
Snack:
  • 100 calorie pack of nuts
  • 90 calorie pack of rice cakes
  • crystal light
Lunch:
  • omlet with cheese, peppers, and onions
  • hash browns
  • water
Dinner:
  • chicken snack wrap
  • salad with a bit of ranch
Exercise: I did some cleaning/organizing around the house.
