Week Five, Day Three

Food:

Breakfast:
  • oatmeal with honey
  • egg whites with cheese
  • applesauce
  • crystal light
Snack:
  • turkey lunchmeat
  • carrots with light ranch dip
  • 90 calorie pack of rice cakes
  • crystal light
Lunch:
  • chicken kebab
  • 90 calorie rice cakes again
  • crystal light
Snack:
  • 2 slices WW swiss cheese
  • organic fruit strip
  • granola bar
Dinner:
  • chicken snack wrap
  • salad with a little bit of ranch dressing
Snack:
  • 2 slices WW swiss cheese
  • activia yogurt
Exercise: I have been doing various cleaning and organizing chores around the house all day.
