Week Five, Day One/Two

Food on Monday:

Breakfast:
  • egg whites with cheese
  • oatmeal with honey
  • applesauce
Snack:
  • 100 calorie pack of nuts
  • organic fruit strip
  • diet coke
Snack:
  • granola bar
  • organic fruit strip
  • crystal light
Lunch:
  • grilled chicken salad
  • fruit

    Dinner:
    • 6 inch subway sandwich- turkey
    • baked lays
    • diet coke
    Snack:
    • hot pretzel (they took my snacks away at the gate bag check!)
    Exercise: Lots of walking around Chicago and some shopping.

    Food on Tuesday:

    Breakfast:
    • Subway morning flatbread with eggs, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and green pepper
    • crystal light
    Snack:
    • 100 calorie pack of nuts
    • organic fruit strip
    • a few bites of my aunt's hershey's chocolate bites
    • diet coke
    Lunch:
    • grilled chicken with bbq sauce
    • green peppers
    • two bites of swiss cheese
    • water
    Dinner:
    • chicken snack wrap
    • chocolate chip cookie
    • diet coke
    Exercise: Not much since we mostly traveled today. I did some light cleaning and a little bit of walking.
