Week Five, Day Seven and a Few Small Victories

I've lost another pound. I didn't expect any loss this week with it being that TOM. Only 1 pound more to meet my next mini goal and 4.5 to meet my first 10 pound goal since starting this blog (I've lost more, just haven't been counting what I lost before blogging). I also am finding some more clothing getting bigger on me. I have two pairs of shorts and two pairs of capris that I got to actually shrink the the dryer. I have a feeling that they still will be too big, because they stretch out as you wear them. I  also have a few tank tops I wear for pjs that are too big now and I was able to buy shirts that were size large in misses and size XL in juniors to replace them. I have a scale and a non-scale victory today. :)

Food:

Breakfast:
  • english muffin with egg and cheese
  • applesauce
  • diet 7Up
Lunch:
  • KFC strips (I only ate the chicken out of the middle and no breading)
  • mashed potatoes
  • green beans
  • crystal light
Snack:
  • rice cakes (90 cal. pack)
  • chicken lunchmeat
  • carrots with light ranch dip
  • crystal light
Dinner:
  • grilled chicken snack wrap
  • salad with a bit of ranch dressing
  • crystal light
Snack:
  • Activia
Exercise: I have walked around a few stores and have been cleaning and organizing again!
