Week Six, Day One

It is officially weigh in day and I'm down to 204 today. The unofficial time I set to meet my goal of 199/200 was by the 1st day of school. My first day is the 15th, so that would give me a week to lose 4 pounds which is possible. If I go by the students first day, then it is the 17th. Either way, as long as I get close to it, I'll be happy.

Food:

Breakfast:
  • oatmeal with honey
  • egg whites with cheese
  • applesauce
  • crystal light
Snack:
  • english muffin with egg and cheese
  • diet 7Up
Lunch:
  • Subway 6" turkey sandwich
  • Sun chips
  • diet coke
Snack:
  • 100 calorie pack of nuts
  • organic fruit strip
Dinner:
  • chicken snack wrap
  • chocolate chip cookie
Exercise: Lots and lots of walking around stores.
