Week Six, Day Two and Another Mini-goal Met

Another 1/2 pound lost today which puts me at my next mini goal of 203.5. That is down six pounds from when I started this blog. I finally got to move my lbs button on my poundpuncher bracelet, and I get to open my other Weird Al C.D. Only 3.5-4 pounds more until my big goal and bigger reward of the internet on my own computer.

I'm tired of trying to make this picture load the right way. It'll be the last time you see it anyway since I made my mini-goal.

Six pounds loss since start of blog.


Food:

Breakfast:
  • oatmeal with honey
  • egg whites with cheese
  • applesauce
  • crystal light

Snack:
  • english muffin with egg and cheese
  • 100 calorie fruit crisp
Lunch:
  • 2 KFC strips
  • green beans
  • string cheese
  • diet pepsi
Snack:
  • 100 calorie pack of nuts
  • organic fruit strip
  • granola square with dark chocolate
  • crystal light
Dinner:
  • chicken snack wrap
  • salad with a bit of ranch
  • crystal light

Exercise: I've done some light cleaning/organization in my classroom and plan to do some more tonight at home.
