Week Six, Day Three

Down to 202.5 this morning. Only 2.5 pounds to my first big goal and the internet on my computer. That will making blogging much easier, because whenever I'm not at work (which is starting next Monday) I can pick the time that is convenient for me to blog.

Food:

Breakfast:
  • oatmeal with honey
  • egg whites with cheese
  • applesauce
  • crystal light
Snack:
  • english muffin with egg and cheese
  • diet coke
Lunch:
  • grilled chicken snack wrap
  • salad with a little ranch dressing
  • 100 calorie fruit crisp (Special K- very good)
Snack:
  • 100 calorie pack of nuts
  • organic fruit strip
  • granola square with dark chocolate
  • crystal light
Dinner:
  • chicken snack wrap
  • salad with a bit of ranch dressing
  • crystal light
Exercise: Not much today. I did sweat a little getting things ready in my classroom. I also tried on and moved around lots of clothes. I was actually sore by the end of the day.
