Week Six, Day Four

Food:


Breakfast:
  • oatmeal with honey
  • egg whites with cheese
  • applesauce
  • crystal light
Snack:
  • english muffin with egg and cheese
  • diet coke
Lunch:
  • grilled chicken snack wrap
  • salad with ranch
  • 100 calorie special k fruit crisp
  • diet coke
Snack:
  • 100 calorie pack of nuts
  • organic fruit strip
  • water
Dinner:
  • chicken snack wrap
  • salad with ranch
  • water
Exercise: None really. Just worked in my classroom again most of today and tried to organize my clothes again for a few minutes tonight. I need to pick up the slack on this working out thing.
