Week Six, Day Five
Going out to eat lunch with a friend again today. I'm up a pound today and I don't know why other than maybe not enough workout and maybe I need to cut down on the diet pop and/or carbs. I will try to be more conscious of what I eat. Could just be one of those daily fluctuations though. I need to get out of my room earlier today and do some cleaning around the house anyway, which is good exercise.
Food:
Breakfast:
- oatmeal with honey
- egg whites with cheese
- applesauce
- crystal light
Snack:
- carrots and light ranch dip
- chicken lunchmeat
- diet dr. pepper
Lunch:
- grilled chicken with BBQ sauce
- plain baked potato
- water
Snack:
- 100 calorie pack of nuts
- organic fruit strip
- granola square with dark chocolate
Dinner:
- chicken snack wrap
- salad with a bit of ranch
- 100 calorie Special K fruit crisp
Exercise: I've worked in my classroom a bit and did a little physical labor dusting my room from top to bottom. I also cleaned my kitchen a bit when I got home.
