Week Twelve, Day Two and from the Mouth of Babes

I'm still feeling positive and trying really hard to keep myself moving back on the right track with eating and exercise. When I was sick I was eating more than one "sweet" a day sometimes. Now I've got to get my mindset back on one sweet a day. I've also been low on energy and skimping on the exercise, but not today.

I don't have any huge revelations or thoughts to share today. I do have a humorous story to share from work though. My last kindergarten class was lined up at the door and waiting for their teacher to pick them up. Right as their teacher walks up, a little girl hugs me and says, "Are you going to have a baby?" I told her no and she proceeded to say, "Then what is this?" as she points at my flabby belly. And by the way, my outfit was no where near tight today (refer to picture below). The teacher was said that that child was kinda out there in her own land and says some weird things. My reply is was "I know I'm a little bit chunky, but not that chunky." We both giggled and it was over, but it is sadly something I've heard before while much heavier. It used to insult me. But when it comes from a child who is too young to know much better, it is just kinda funny and maybe some motivation that I need to try a little harder again on the weight loss.

A. I think my outfit it cute. and B. I think that I don't look anywhere close to pregnant in it.

Exercise: I spend an hour and ten minutes cleaning house. I picked up, dusted, and swept the floors in the the living room and three bedrooms. Then I cleaned the bathroom (sink, toilet, shower, tub, and swept the floor). That had my heart rate up a bit and got something productive done.
