Week Fifteen, Day Two

Today I started out with the best of intentions. I said to myself I will not go past any stores that sell doughnuts while I go to work, so I can't buy one. I come into work to find a bunch of yummy looking doughnuts in the lounge. I gave into temptation figuring that at least I'm mowing the yard when I get home and it will help to burn the calories. I tried to have a positive attitude today, but the students were very talkative and not the best behaved today. By the end of the day I just wanted to hit my head on the wall. I know we all have "those" days. I'm just trying to put it behind me and be motivated to do better tomorrow. I still have five days left to the next weigh in. I can lose weight by then if I refocus myself now. No more giving in so easily without a fight.

Since I gained back a tiny bit of weight, I will not allow myself to put my car magnet on until I reach exactly 25 pounds lost again. I'm thinking I might also need a small reward for six pounds lost into my ten pound goal. I did really get into this video game called Singstar, so maybe a used copy from amazon. I think it was only $6 or $7 for one. I'll think more on this one, but it might work as a motivator. It would be nice to say I reached 190 by the end of the month. It is still possible if I get refocused. I guess that is the word of the day. Refocus on my ten pounds lost goal. Refocus on what motivates me from my motivation list.

I packed the bread and meat separately from the toppings in this container (that is actually for salads) so it wouldn't get soggy.

Exercise: I spent two hours picking up black walnuts and sticks from the yard and mowing the yard.
