Week Fourteen, Day Five

I let my one day of "being bad" run into another day. I guess it happens to everyone. Once again, it is Sunday, so I'm trying to remember what all I ate on Friday.

I also woke up to this note on top of Andrew's gummy bears.

Lunch:



Snack: a vanilla ice cream cone


Dinner: chicken tenders and honey mustard


Exercise: I did a little extra walking by going grocery shopping.
