Week Fourteen, Day Six and a Birthday Party

Today is my niece's 2nd birthday party. Before I went to the party, I did some discount shopping at its best. In the town of Toto, Indiana are some stores that have great deals. You never know what you are going to find though. It is fun to look at all the stuff and find things you weren't particularly looking for. I got some great deals on canned fruit and granola bars. I won't need to buy granola bars for months!

This one is the big daddy of a store with small shops inside and even a DQ/Orange Julius. I managed to pass up the ice cream since I knew I'd be eating junk food later this afternoon.

After a couple hours of shopping and walking around (built in workout!), it was time to take off for my sister's house and my niece's birthday party. There was plenty of junk food and treats to eat. Yes, I did have a taste of just about everything.

After some eats, we watched my niece open up her presents. Little girl presents are always so much fun to see. I got her a Disney Princess ball tent, brush set, and foam puzzle. I also got three cute skirt outfits. My camera ran out of batteries, so I don't have pictures of the stuff I got her. Here are a couple of pictures I managed to get before the dead batteries.

After the party, I went home and watch Halloween movies with the hubby. Halloween is his favorite holiday. And that was my Saturday.
