Week Thirteen, Day Five

Yay for Friday!

Food:

Breakfast:

Ignore my hubby's messy desk. I had to take a picture of this breakfast, because I'm missing one of my usual staples for breaky- fruit. I was bringing fruit to our breakfast this morning, so I knew I'd eat some later.


Snack: We had a breakfast at school and I forgot to take a picture of what I ate. I had a 1/2 cup mixed fruit and a lowfat strawberry yogurt.

Snack:

I also had a small danish that was leftover from breakfast with this.


Lunch:

I also had a 1/2 cup of mixed veggies and another danish...


Snack:



Dinner: I had a small light strawberry smoothie and a chicken wrap from DQ.



Exercise: I did some extra walking around by doing my weekly shopping tonight. I also got some extra movement in doing motions to songs with my 2 kinder classes, 2 first grade classes, and 2 second grade classes.
