Week Nineteen, Day One

There isn't much exciting news or profound thoughts to share today. I have added a habit tracker page which I'll discuss more later. If you want to check it out, I'm using it to track my one sweet a day habit I'm working on regaining. This time change is great in the morning, but is killing me now. I'm so tired, so that is all you get besides my food for the day.

Dinner: omelet with cheese, onions, and green peppers and some hash browns

Exercise: Sorry to say none other than the very tiny bit I did with third graders today.
