I try to spend a few minutes a day reflecting on things I'm thankful for, but it doesn't always happen. So today is a great day to make sure to spend a few extra minutes on those thoughts.

Breakfast:
Snack: WW string cheese, wheat crackers
Lunch:

Snack: Skinny cow 110 chocolate bar
Dinner:
| My husband's homemade chicken noodle soup with whole wheat noodles. I also had a jello pudding with it. |
Exercise: Hours of cleaning. Enough said.
