Week Twenty-One, Day One and Back on Track

Today has been a pretty good day overall. Work went well and eating on plan went well too. There isn't too much exciting to say. I am happy to report I wasn't craving all that bread, sweets, and other junk I've been eating at all today. My break from eating on plan may have been long, but I seemed to have needed it to get my motivation and desire to eat only healthy food back.

Another good reason for getting back on plan is that I gave away all my size 18 pants. I have a pair of black dress pants I wear once a week with a seem coming loose in the butt. I have been bending down a lot to help students with written assignments and that along with the few extra pounds I've been carrying the past few weeks must have stressed the seam. That would have been great to rip the seam out of the butt of my pants in the middle of teaching a class. That would be hard to live down! I'm so glad I caught it before I wore them.

Exercise: I will be doing some cleaning in the great room which will involve carrying piles of stuff down to the basement were it belongs. I might do some laundry too.
