Today was a nice day at work. I got a little bit more done on my bulletin board during my prep time. The classes were also pretty good today. No big news today, but I am down to 196 on my weigh in day. I'm almost back to where I was- only one pound away. My goal this week is just to get under 195.

Exercise: None, my ankle is killing me and I have no idea why.
