Week Twenty-Six, Day One and Some Goals Almost Made

My stomach is feeling a little bit better today, but not completely back to normal. Keeping the food bland and in small amounts for now. Hoping to feel even better tomorrow.


This morning I cleaned up all the dishes, pots, pans, etc. from our big Christmas meal. I also played some Nintendogs on my new 3DS. This afternoon I have tried on some smaller clothes (and found some that fit) from my motivation closet. The next step would be to try on some things in my regular closet and see if some are too big to make some room.

Two exciting things in the world of my weight loss is that I almost made my goal of 190 this morning. I ended up being 191, but it is close enough for me. Some of those Beatles shirts I said that would fit as part of my reward of reaching 190 already fit okay enough to start wearing them. I still have a few tight ones to keep aside for some motivation.

Lunch: bread and some cookies

Dinner: 3 dinner rolls and a cookie
Exercise: cleaning the kitchen and great room, trying on clothes, short walk with the dogs
