Goals for 1/16/12 - 1/20/12

Since I'm working on forming good habits that will become my lifestyle, I'm slowly working on adding goals. I will keep doing my three goals from last week which is discussed in this post. This week I'd like to add a little more to them.


Goal #1: Workout for at least 30 minutes when doing Wii Fit, Kinect, etc. I mostly did this last week, so this should not be a problem.

Here is my Wii Fit plan for the week:
  1. Deep Breathing
  2. Half Moon
  3. Warrior
  4. Sun Salutation
  5. Single Leg Extension
  6. Torso Twists
  7. Jackknife
  8. Triceps Extension
  9. Basic Step
  10. Rhythm Boxing (beginning)
  11. Rhythm Parade (beginning and for the band dork in me)
  12. Rhythm Kung Fu (beginning)
  13. Perfect 10
  14. Lotus Focus
Goal #2: Take a multivitamin every day. I'm a wuss when it comes to swallowing large pills, so I take the gummy ones right now.


Goal#3: Less snacking on "junk food." I was down to one "junk food" snack a day, but kinda lost that good habit over December. I would like to focus on that as my food goal of the week. My plan of attack is to eat my healthy planned snacks (one around 7:30 am, 10:00 am, 2:40-3:00 pm, and a possible one at night if needed). If I have a craving for "junk food" I will allow myself one thing in the afternoon or night. Other than that I either need to deal with it or have a hard candy or piece of gum.

Don't ever buy a box of these. They are way too tasty!

My eating has been off today since I had the day off and have been around the house. My snacking was way off today too. Way too many Skinny Cow candy bars! I did cook my healthy breakfast though! I also did my stretches, Wii Fit, and took my vitamins. I blew one goal today.
