January Goals

The past few days have been busy ones between staying after school to do a piano lesson on Wednesday and parent teacher conferences (work day was 12:30-7:30 pm) on Thursday. There isn't really too much to say about those days, but I did wear a cute outfit on Thursday.


Today I took Benjamin to the vet for his yearly heartworm test and he is good and able to get more heartworm pills.


Then I went out to eat with my husband and father-in-law. After dinner was workout time with the Wii Fit. The last thing was looking at my goals for the month and how I'm doing on those. I've been tracking them in these cute notebooks I got from Target.

Snack: trail mix

Dinner: chicken tenders, baked potato, dinner rolls

Junk food snack: Although it should probably be deemed as one snack, I had one of these items a few times today. There was a breakfast this morning at school and they had these bite size pastry things with fruit in the middle. I ended up eating four of them total today.

Exercise: stretches and Wii Fit
