Mantras

There isn't too much to say about my Tuesday. I had ten classes today and had my after school choir rehearsal too. I made myself workout shortly after getting home, so I didn't sit down and just say I'm too tired. I sat down to watch some House Hunters and relax. The tiredness is definitely starting to hit me now though.


As for my goals I've been working on, I've done a pretty good job today.

Cooked a healthy breakfast- check
Took my vitamin- check
Did my stretches- check
Did Wii Fit for 30 minutes- check
Had only one junk food snack- check

I've noticed that I've basically had a mantra that I keep saying to myself while I'm doing the Lotus Focus on Wii Fit. When I started playing a few weeks ago, this is what I said, "You are strong.  You are beautiful. You will lose weight." Starting this week I've noticed a slight changed that just naturally happened. Now I think, "I am strong. I am beautiful. I will lose weight." A little positive self talk never hurts!
