Changes with the Wii Fit

Since I've been using the Wii Fit for about a month, some of the games/exercises/poses are getting easier for me. I've decided to change a few poses/exercises and try the harder version of some of the games. I really can't afford too much more time until the after school choir practices stop, so this only adds about 5-10 minutes of extra time. On busy days I can always cut a game out or do the easier version to save time.

I think I need a new Wii Fit picture.


Here is my new Wii Fit Plus workout routine:

  1. Half Moon
  2. Warrior
  3. Sun Salutation
  4. Palm Tree
  5. Single Leg Extension
  6. Push Up and Side Plank
  7. Torso Twists
  8. Lunge
  9. Advanced Step
  10. Advanced Boxing
  11. Beginner Marching Band
  12. Beginner Kung-Fu
  13. Lotus Focus
