Today has been a much better day with eating. I haven't eaten too many snacks which has been my weakness recently. I actually might have the energy today to clean a little or go on a walk for a workout! I also got to play my flute for about 20 minutes while waiting for my piano lesson which was a nice treat after a work day.
I also wore what I thought was a cute outfit for work today. I got a denim pencil skirt at Old Navy this past weekend, and decided to wear it today since it is supposed to be our last 80 degree day for a while.
As for food...
I had these when I woke up to keep my tummy from growling.
Then I got McDonald's on the way to work. I like the Egg McMuffin meal with a diet Coke.
I had my usual mid morning snack.
Then some soup and crackers with a diet Mt. Dew for lunch.
I had some almonds and fruit strip for an afternoon snack.
And a granola bar.
Dinner was a quick microwave meal.
I also had a different Skinny Cow ice cream bar for a treat. This is the chocolate truffle flavor. It is good, but I still like the cookies and cream better. The chocolate truffle is 100 calories, so 10 less than the cookies and cream.
