Three more days until my weigh in to see how I did on my month long goal of losing 4-8 pounds. I was down six pounds, then only three, and today I'm down four. I'm hoping it will somehow settle back down to six by Monday.
Saturday morning started out cold, windy, and rainy. The good news is that it quickly became only cold and windy! I spent the morning walking around stores and grocery shopping. I did over 5,000 steps just by shopping. In addition to buying groceries I found a few other things. I found a pair of jeggings at K-Mart for $1.99.
I also found a comfortable looking sports bra from K-Mart for $2.99.
I also found something I'm not so sure about. I found two Beatles shirts ($7.88 a piece). They are cropped shirts which I'm not sure if they are age appropriate for a 28 year old or appropriate for someone who is still "bigger." Here are some pictures of me wearing them with jeans, shorts, and a dress.
This afternoon I spent walking around. I did way over 10,000 steps and the day isn't over. I took Benjamin on a walk to the end of the road and back and then down the next street over a ways too. He just wanted to keep on going.
I also took Sebastion on a walk to the end of the road as well. I tried walking them together, but Benjamin got upset and tried attacking Sebastion.
I've been doing well on the food front as well today, so here are the eats...
