As for more exciting news (and motivation to lose more weight), we are going to go to Disney World once I get done with the school year. We means my husband, father-in-law, and me. We haven't gone on vacation for quite some time, because my hubby has been busy working on his PhD. (which he now has). He doesn't have a job yet, so now is a good time to go.
Work was pretty typical for a Monday today. I do have some end of the year things coming up that are keeping me busy. The fourth graders are having a talent show which I have never done before. The acts have tried out and the time is scheduled, but there are other logistics to take care of before then. I also will be giving written tests to all 1st-4th graders which means a lot of papers to grade quickly. The last thing is figuring out grades. I have started calculating grades that I was done with for the year, but there are some things that need to be finished first before I can do my final grades.
The walking challenge is still going on at work as well. I have made sure to do my 8,000 steps a day, but I need more aerobic steps/time. My goal this week is to get my 20 minutes or so of aerobic walking time in each day.
As for food, today has been good minus the ton of M&M's I ate today.
