Wednesday Errands and Disapointment with my Running Shorts

I began Wednesday morning with my usual wog. I've had problems with my shorts creeping up in between my legs, so I have been looking all over for some bermuda length tight shorts to wear under my shorter shorts. I haven't had any luck except for a $30 pair I found at Dick's Sporting Goods. I did find a shorter pair at Target and went with them, because they were only $16. I was disappointed once I actually wore them. They ended up riding up too after seeming okay when I tried them on. Now I'm stuck with them. :(...



Anyway, here are Wednesday's C25K stats:

Wednesday was filled with doing little errands that took up most of my day. After my wog I went to the endodontist to get my six month x-ray of the tooth I had the (re) root canal on. The x-ray looked good, so I don't have to come back for a year for another x-ray.



Then I quickly stopped my Menard's to pick up some pulls or knobs to use on my husband's desk. The handles that came with the desk actually broke off. So here are my options:



At 2:00 Lilly had an appointment for a rabies shot, heart worm test, and intestinal parasite test. She is  a bit of a coward with new people and places. She spent most of the time shaking and cowering, but did okay. It was cute how they put a purple bandage where they drew blood, but I forgot to take a picture of it before I took it off.



The evening was spent watching Income Property, then watering my plants, watching Property Brothers, and I was ready for bed. The hubs got a new Mystery Science Theater 3000 called Pumaman that he started watching. I tried to stay up and watch it with him, but couldn't make it to the end. I'll have to finish the other half on Thursday night.

I did a pretty good job overall with the eating again today and was down again with my weigh-in. I'm now 193.4 which is 2.2 pounds so far this week! Yay! Let's hope that I'm able to lose a bit more before the week is over.
